摘要
通过对机油泵衬套抱轴、掉套故障的问题的收集统计,从机油泵结构原理,安装位置、安装方式、端面及轴孔配合、衬套设计合理性、加工工艺等多方面进行了排查,通过强化机油泵结构、调大齿轮外径与壳体的体壁间隙、增加齿轮轴与衬套的间隙、优化机油泵衬套底孔加工工艺、优化机油泵吸油管结构及安装方式等措施,解决了机油泵抱轴、掉套问题。
Through the collection and statistics of the fault of oil pump bushing holding shaft and dropping sleeve,the investigation was carried out from the aspects of oil pump structure principle,installation position,installation mode,end face and shaft hole matching,bushing design rationality,processing technology,etc.by strengthening the oil pump structure,adjusting the clearance between the gear outer diameter and the shell,increasing the clearance between the gear shaft and the bushing,the oil pump bushing was optimized The problems of oil pump shaft holding and sleeve dropping were solved by processing the bottom hole,optimizing the structure and installation method of oil pump suction pipe.
