响应面优化高压均质法提取五味子籽油工艺 被引量:3

摘要 采用高压均质提取五味子籽油,研究不同提取条件对五味子籽油得率影响。以五味子籽油得率为考察指标,在对超微粉质量分数、均质时间、均质压力、乙醇体积分数进行单因素试验基础上,再用Box-Behnken响应面优化五味子籽油提取条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为超微粉质量分数24.99%、均质时间4.89 min、均质压力50 MPa、乙醇体积分数23.8%,在此工艺条件下,理论上五味子籽油得率为29.53%,经3次验证实验表明,高压均质提取五味子籽油是合理可行的。 Schisandra chinensis seed oil(SCSO)was extracted using a purely physical method of high pressure homogenization.The effects of different extraction conditions on the yield of SCSO were analyzed.The influence factorsh including material concentration,homogeneous time,homogeneous pressure and ethanol concentration were studied by single factor investigation with extractive yield as the indexes,then the parameters of SCSO extraction technology were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method.It turned out that under the condition of the mass fraction of homogenization powder 24.99%,the homogeneous time 4.89 min,homogeneous pressure 50 MPa,volume fraction of ethanol 23.8%,the yield of SCSO reached 29.53%in theory.Three verifrcation experiments showed that the extraction of SCSO by high pressure homogenization was reasonable and feasible.
