摘要
玉米黄粉为原料,冰醋酸为溶剂,以超声时间、冰醋酸体积分数、料液比为变量,醇溶蛋白收率和含量的综合因素为考察指标,通过单因素和响应面试验优化的最佳条件为料液比1:10(g/m L)、冰醋酸体积分数80%、超声时间3 h。在此条件下的醇溶蛋白收率为55.3%、含量为69.4%、综合指标为60.94%,与模型的预测值基本相符。与传统的以乙醇为溶剂提取醇溶蛋白相比,在醇溶蛋白含量不降低的情况下,可提高醇溶蛋白收率。
Corn yellow powder as the raw material and glacial acetic acid as the solvent,with ultrasonic time,glacial acetic acid volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio as variables,and the comprehensive factors of the yield and content of gliadin as indexes.Through single factor and response surface test,the optimal conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1:10(g/m L),80%volume fraction of glacial acetic acid,ultrasonic time 3 h.Under these conditions,the yield of gliadin was 55.3%,the content was 69.4%,and the comprehensive index was 60.94%.Which were basically consistent with the predicted value of the model.Compared with the traditional extraction of gliadin with ethanol as a solvent,the yield of gliadin can be improved under the condition that the content of gliadin does not decrease.
