响应面法对山竹壳中色素提取条件的优化 被引量:1

Optimization of pigment extraction conditions from mangosteen shell by response surface method

摘要 以山竹壳为原料,采用超声辅助醇提法来提取山竹壳中色素.通过单因素试验,研究提取温度、乙醇体积分数、超声时间、超声功率对色素提取率的影响.采用响应面法对色素提取条件进行优化.结果表明最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数70%、液料比25:1(mL/g)、提取温度70℃、超声时间30 min、超声功率280 W.在此条件下,色素吸光度为0.438,与理论值0.439具有较好的拟合. Using mangosteen shell as raw material,ultrasonic-assisted alcohol extraction method was used to extract pigment from mangosteen shell.Through single factor experiments,the effects of extraction temperature,ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of pigments were studied.The response surface method was used to optimize the pigment extraction conditions.The results showed the best extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol volume fraction 70%,liquid-to-material ratio 25∶1(mL/g),extraction temperature 70℃,ultrasonic time of 30 min,ultrasonic power 280 W.Under these conditions,the absorbance of the pigment was 0.438,which has a good fit with the theoretical value of 0.439.
