基于粮食安全视角的农业水利技术推进与人才培养创新——以河海大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 农业水利作为水利与农业的结合点,在新中国农业发展与国家粮食安全保障中发挥着重要的作用。作为我国水利高等教育发源地的河海大学在如何防洪除涝、如何兴建工程供水、如何科学灌溉、如何排水改良土壤等方面为国家农业生产和粮食安全贡献了重要力量。新时期保障国家粮食安全,技术和人才是关键。围绕保障国家粮食安全的重大命题,河海大学结合自身学科特色,在学科群布局、学科方向拓展方面积极探索,加强农业水资源高效利用与节水灌溉,水土资源合理配置与高效利用,水旱灾害演变与减灾,灌区信息化与智能化,灌排工程优化设计与高效运行,水土污染防控与修复等领域研究布局,加大知农爱农的农业水利创新型人才培养力度,力争更好地服务于乡村振兴,更好地保障国家粮食安全。 As an interdisciplinary subject combined water conservancy with agriculture,agricultural water conservancy plays an important role in the development of agriculture and national food security in China.Hohai University,as the birthplace of higher education in modern water conservancy,has been contributing greatly to agriculture development and national food security by techniques for flood control,water supply,rational irrigation,soil hydro-meliorationetc.In the new era,technologies and talents are the key to ensuring national food security.Addressing the problem of how to improve the national food security,Hohai University reconstructs the system of agricultural related disciplines,and clarifies their advancing directions on the basis of strengths and advantages in water conservancy disciplinary groups.The focuses of reconstruction are on techniques in efficient irrigation and utilization of agricultural water,rational allocation and efficient utilization of soil and water resources,evolution and mitigation of water and drought disasters,digital and smart irrigation,optimized design and efficient operation of irrigation and drainage project,control and remediation of soil and water pollution.For talent cultivation,efforts are made to train more innovative talents with knowledge and enthusiasm for agriculture in agricultural water conservancy in order to support the rural revitalization strategy and national food security.
