高等农林院校休闲农业硕士培养探索与实践——以中南林业科技大学为例

Exploration and Practices of Agricultural Professional Postgraduate Cultivation of Leisure a Agriculture Major in Agricultural and Forestry Universities:A Case Study of Central South University of Forestry and Technology

在推动乡村振兴战略、加快休闲农业产业发展的背景下,中南林业科技大学依托特色学科、专业建设、产学研与人才队伍等学科特色的历史积淀,深挖现有办学专业发展潜力,在农业硕士下增设“休闲农业”领域,探索高等农业教育高层次人才培养方向。以满足21世纪社会发展对高素质、专业性与实践性休闲农业人才需求,着重突出专业、研究、团队与创新等四种能力培养,再造课程体系,创新人才培养方式,改革教学实践,在学生专业学习、地方乡村振兴与师生科学研究等方面成效显著,助推了我国休闲农业高端人才培养。

Against the background of the country's national strategy ofrevitalizing the countryside and cultivating top agricultural talents for the development of leisure agricultural enterprises,the Central South University of Forestry and Technology taking advantages of the long time accumulation of distinguished specialties,discipline construction,the integration of production,education,research and talent teams,sets up a"Leisure Agriculture"Agricultural Professional Postgraduate Program and explores innovations in the cultivation of high-level talents in higher agricultural education.The cultivation of postgraduate students in leisure agriculture specialty aims to meet the requirements of high-quality,professional and practical talents of leisure agriculture for social development in the 21st century.It focuses on the cultivation of four abilities such as professionality,research,teamwork and innovation.The curriculum system is reformed,the talents training method is innovated,and teaching and practice are integrated,all of which have achieved remarkable results in students'learning,local rural revitalization,and scientific research.The experience of Central South University of Forestry and Technology promotes the cultivation of talents in leisure agricultural specialty in my country.
