促进水稻产业优质高产发展,是实施乡村振兴战略,加快农业农村现代化,促进城乡融合发展的重要举措,是推动农业增效,农民增收的重要途径。水稻是我国的主要粮食作物之一,虽然农业科技在不断进步,但水稻产量和质量仍不理想,水稻种植过程中存在着机械化水平不高、专业人才短缺、病虫害防治工作不健全等问题,社会工作作为公共服务的重要社会力量,通过政府引导,针对水稻种植存在的问题,从专业角度出发提出解决措施。

To promote the high-quality and high-yield development of rural rice industry is an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and ru-ral areas,and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas.It is also an important way to promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers'income.Rice is one of the main food crops in China,although the agricultural science and technology is progressing,China also increased the policy and finan-cial support for rice farmers,but the rice yield and quality is still not ideal,the mechanization level is not high,professional talent is shortage,the pest control work is lack,social work is an important social forces in public service,according to the present problems of rice cultivation in rural areas,some measures were put forward from the perspective of professional.
