The article analyzed the development basis and existing problems of Lianjiang Red Orange,com-prehensively discussed the guiding ideology,development ideas,overall goals,functional layout and imple-mentation countermeasures for the establishment of the Lianjiang Red Orange industrial park,and proposed the development pattern of"one heart,one belt and three areas".At the same time,eight implementation countermeasures were proposed included organizational leadership,responsibility implementation,decision making deployment,and tourism and cultural brand promotion.
