农村老年人机构养老意愿及影响因素研究

A Study on the Willingness and its Influencing Factors of the Rural Elderly Institutions

利用CLASS数据库,基于分层多阶段的概率抽样方法选取研究对象,对符合标准的研究对象进行研究,通过文献研究筛选可能影响农村老年人机构养老意愿的影响因素。结果表明,调查对象547人,男性252人,占比46.1%,女性295人,占比53.9%,年龄以60~70岁居多,有237人,占比43.3%。选择机构养老的215人,占比39.3%。多因素回归分析结果显示:子女数量≥3人(OR=0.062、95%CI=0.006~0.712)居住地为农村(OR=2.717、95%CI=1.711~4.315),与配偶居住(OR=1.618、95%CI=1.300~2.618)、与子女居住(OR=0.323、95%CI=0.132~0.791)、与配偶及子女居住(OR=0.404、95%CI=0.224~0.730)和身体健康状况良好的(OR=0.414、95%CI=0.321~0.534)老年人选择机构养老的意愿较低。说明子女人数、居住地区、居住情况和身体健康状况对老年人是否选择机构养老具有重要影响。

Using the CLASS database,the research objects were selected based on the stratified multi-stage probability sampling method,the research objects that meet the standards were studied,and the factors that may affect the willingness of Beijing's elderly institutions to provide for the elderly are screened by litera-ture research.The result showed that the survey subjects are 547 people,252 are males,accounting for 46.1%of the research subjects,and 295 are women,accounting for 53.9%of the subjects.The majority are 60 to 70 years old,with 237 people accounting for 43.3%.215 people choose institutions for the aged,ac-counting for 39.3%.The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that the number of children is≥3(OR=0.062,95%CI=0.006~0.712),where they lived in rural areas(OR=2.717,95%CI=1.711~4.315),and they lived with their spouse(OR=1.618),95%CI=1.300~2.618),living with children(OR=0.323,95%CI=0.132~0.791),living with spouse and children(OR=0.404,95%CI=0.224~0.730),and those in good health(OR=0.414,95%CI=0.321~0.534)The willingness of the elderly to choose institutional care is low.The number of children,residential area,living conditions and physical health have an important influence on whether the elderly choose institutional care.
