乡村振兴背景下缙云县乡村人居环境治理现状及问题分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Problems of Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance in Jinyun County under the Background of Rural Revitalization

对乡村人居环境进行治理,可以有效改善村容、增加农民收入和贯彻落实乡村振兴战略。目前,缙云县乡村人居环境治理中仍然存在资金投入不足、主体错位、监管不足和农民环保意识淡薄等问题。要实现乡村振兴,必须通过加大资金投入、发挥农民主体作用、加强监督和宣传等措施,保证乡村人居环境治理切实有效进行。

The governance of rural residential environment can effectively improve the village capacity,in-crease farmers'income and implement the rural revitalization strategy.At present,there are still many prob-lems in the governance of rural human settlements in Jinyun County,such as insufficient capital investment,dislocation of the main body,lack of supervision and farmers'weak awareness of environmental protection.To achieve rural revitalization,we must increase capital investment,play the main role of farmers,strength-en supervision and publicity and other measures to ensure the effective governance of rural human settle-ments.
