民用航空对城市人才流入异质性效应分析

Analysis of the Heterogeneity Effect of Civil Aviation on the Inflow of Urban Talents

面对激励的市场竞争,人才竞争已成为地区间的关键竞争要素,各地加大人才吸引力度。航空缓解了就业的地域限制,加快了人才跨区域流动趋势,因此,研究交通方式对人才流入的影响具有现实意义。选取了30个省市的面板数据,分析了民用航空发展对城市人才流入效应,深入剖析了民用航空发展对不同规模城市人才流入影响的差异,并对比了高铁发展对人才流入的效应。结果认为,航空对城市人才流入具有正向作用,对于人口规模越大且地理位置偏中东部的城市,航空对其人才流入正向作用越小,对于人口规模越小且地理位置偏西部的城市,航空对其人才流入正向作用越大。

Faced with the market competition of incentives,talent competition has become a key element of competition between regions and countries.Various places increase the attractiveness of talents,and it is of practical significance to study transportation methods for talent inflow.Aviation eased geographical restric-tions on employment and accelerated the trend of talent flow.This paper selected panel data from 30 prov-inces,analyzed the effects of civil aviation development on talent inflows in cities,summarized the differ-ences in the effects of civil aviation development on talent inflows in cities with different sizes and com-pared the effects of high-speed rail development on talent inflows.Finally,the study concluded that aviation has a positive effect on the inflow of urban talents.For cities with larger populations and geographical loca-tions in the central and eastern regions,aviation has a smaller positive effect on talent inflows.For cities with smaller populations and geographical locations in the west In cities,aviation has a greater positive ef-fect on the inflow of talents.
