Combined with the agricultural environmental protection and development status,the content of environmental legislation was analyzed.This paper summarized the problems existing in China's agricultur-al environmental protection,aiming to build a perfect legislative content through the analysis of various in-fluencing factors so as to ensure that the agricultural environmental protection work has laws to abide by and provide reference for the steady operation of agricultural industry and the harmonious development of the environment.
