医学影像科绩效薪酬方案的实践与探讨 被引量:2

摘要 以RBRVS为基础,建立以工作量核算为基础的医学影像科绩效薪酬方案,并在此基础上不断优化,将介入室单独核算,给予放射、CT室适当增量激励。该方案可完善正常调整机制,健全激励约束机制,增加知识价值导向,着力体现医学影像科医务人员的技术劳务价值。经实践,医学影像科运行效率明显提高,成本管控初见成效,科室规模及整体发展力度显著提升。该方案科学、合理,能够充分体现医务人员劳动价值,促进科内、医院医疗质量、成本管理等水平提升。 On the basis of RBRVS,a performance salary scheme based on workload accounting was established for the Department of Medical Imaging,which was continuously optimized on this basis.Interventional room was calculated separately,and radiology and CT rooms were given appropriate incremental incentives.The program can improve the normal adjustment mechanism,improve the incentive and restraint mechanism,and increase the value of knowledge,so as to reflect the technical labor value of medical personnel in the Department of Medical Imaging.Through practice,the operation efficiency of the Medical Imaging Department had been significantly improved,the cost control had achieved initial results,and the department scale and overall development efforts had been significantly improved.It was believed that the scheme was scientific and reasonable,which could fully reflect the labor value of medical staff,and promote the improvement of medical quality and cost management in the department and the hospital.
