研制一种直顶式轻型光伏管桩抗拔试验方法及工装的实践

摘要 在光伏项目的建设中,预应力管桩常作为光伏板支架基础和承载柱,以半埋基础、半露于地表的形式支撑于地面满足承载力和设计高度的要求。在万根级的管桩中,进行抗拔试验数量与管桩数量成正比,鉴于遂溪官田水库50MW光伏电站项目工期紧迫,需在较短的时间内完成管桩抗拔试验的迫切需求,成立了QC小组,研制一种轻型光伏管桩抗拔试验方法及工装,根据借鉴的数据进行目标可行性论证,提出可能方案并确定了最佳方案,通过制定对策,明确对策、措施、目标,组织实施,实现了课题目标,有效降低了试验工装重量,由于工装质量较轻,安拆灵活,减少了试验耗时与人工工日,节省了工期与成本。 Prestressed pipe piles are often used as photovoltaic panel support foundation and bearing column in the construction of photovoltaic projects.They are supported on the ground in the form of half-buried foundation and half-exposed on the ground to meet the requirements of bearing capacity and design height.The pull-out test number is proportional to the number of pipe piles in the ten-thousand pipe piles.Since the construction period of Suixi Guantian Reservoir 50MW Photovoltaic Power Station Project is pressing,it is urgent to complete pipe pile pull-out test within relatively short time,a QC team is established,a light-duty photovoltaic pipe pile pull-out test method and fixture are developed.The objective feasibility is demonstrated according to the reference data.Possible schemes are proposed.The best scheme is determined.Countermeasures,measures and objectives are made clear,and organized for implementation through the formulation of countermeasures,thereby achieving the subject objectives,and effectively reducing the weight of the test fixture.Since the fixture is light with flexible installation and dismantling,the test time and labor days are reduced,and the construction period and cost are saved.
