增减桃红四物汤治疗利培酮引起闭经的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of increasing or decreasing Taohong Siwu Decoction on risperidone-induced amenorrhea

目的探讨增减桃红四物汤治疗利培酮引起闭经的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月本院收治的90例利培酮引起闭经患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组采用增减桃红四物汤治疗,对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗,比较两组临床疗效、VAS评分、SF-36评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组VAS评分低于对照组、SF-36评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论增减桃红四物汤治疗利培酮引起闭经的效果显著,可显著改善患者的生活质量,且不良反应发生率较低,安全有性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of increasing or decreasing Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating amenorrhea caused by risperidone.Methods 90 patients with risperidone-induced amenorrhea who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Tenghong Siwu Decoction,while the control group were treated with aripiprazole.The treatment effects,VAS score,SF-36 scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred both in the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of increasing or decreasing Taohong Siwu Decoction on risperidone-induced amenorrhea is significant,which can effectively improves the quality of life of patients,with low risk of adverse reactions,safe and effective,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
