摘要
为解决海上平台临时避难所常规空气供给系统设计方案中存在的空气供给中断问题,在陵水17-2气田半潜式生产平台———“深海一号”能源站上设计了一套独立式的空气供给系统。对该系统的组成及工作原理,空气总量、空气储存瓶数量与喷头数量等系统设计参数以及系统控制方式、储存房间的设计、临时避难所超压保护和防冷保护等配套设计进行了详细介绍。本文设计成果通过了授权检验机构的校验,目前已应用于“深海一号”能源站临时避难所空气供给系统的设计,为类似海上平台临时避难所的设计提供了参考。
In order to solve the air supply interruption problem in conventional design proposals of air supply system for temporary refuge on offshore platform,an independent air supply system is designed on the semi-submersible production platform of LS17-2 gas field(“Deep Sea No.1”energy station).In this paper,the composition and operating principle of the system,the total air volume,the number of air storage bottles and nozzles and other system design parameters,as well as the system control mode,the storage room design,the overpressure protection and cryoprotective measures for temporary refuge,and other supporting designs are introduced in detail.The design results in this paper have been approved by authorized inspection agency,and have been applied to the design of air supply system for temporary refuge of“Deep Sea No.1”energy station,providing a reference for the design of similar temporary refuge on offshore platform.
