黑龙江国有林区橡实乙醇原料林生产基地规划

The Study on the Distribution and Master Plans of Acorn Energy Forest Base in Forest Industry Region of Heilongjiang

根据黑龙江国有林区现有蒙古栎资源状况,开展具有区域特色的蒙古栎橡实乙醇原料林产业布局和生产基地总体规划研究,结果表明:(1)黑龙江国有林区发展蒙古栎橡实乙醇原料林生产基地规划思路,应以牡丹江林区和合江林区为主,兼顾伊春林区和松花江林区;(2)根据黑龙江国有林区蒙古栎资源分布现状和橡实产量估算,以就近原则在蒙古栎林资源分布较集中的牡丹江林区、合江林区规划蒙古栎乙醇原料林9万hm 2以上,年产橡实1.5万t以上,预计年产橡实乙醇5000 t左右;(3)规划2个林管局点作为橡实乙醇深加工企业地,21个林业局点作为橡实中转站,103处林场作为橡实初步加工点。

Based on the survey of Quercus monglica resource in Heilongjiang forest industry region,the distribution and master plans of acorn energy forest base were studied.The results shows:(1)There have rich Quercus monglica forest which widely distributed and mainly distributed in Mudanjiang and Hejiang areas;(2)It is planned two acorns energy forest base in Mudanjiang and Hejiang areas,and the total annual yield of ethanol production、the planned acorn energy forest、Annual output of acorn are 5000 tons、90000 hectares、and 15000 tons;(3)In the planning,2 forest management bureau points are used as acorn ethanol deep processing enterprise sites,21 forestry bureau points are used as acorn transit stations,and 103 forest farms points are used as acorn preliminary processing.
