集水槽法对大豆光合特性及产量的影响

摘要 研究了集水槽法抗旱性鉴定对土壤含水量和不同抗旱性大豆品种的光合特性、植株性状及产量的影响。结果表明,铺设集水槽后大豆植株叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度显著降低,但不同品种受到的影响不同,抗旱的大豆品种光合特性受干旱的影响较小;铺设集水槽后大豆植株的单株粒数及百粒质量显著下降,对干旱敏感品种的株高、底荚高、产量影响显著。集水槽法通过收集自然降雨,形成干旱胁迫环境,影响大豆植株的光合特性,进而影响大豆的农艺性状及产量,抗旱品种可能通过调节气孔关闭、减少水分蒸腾实现抗旱。 This paper studied the effects of drought resistance identification by collecting trough method on soil water content,photosynthetic characteristics,plant characters and yield of soybean varieties with different drought resistance.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of soybean leaves decreased significantly after laying the collecting trough,but different varieties were affected differently,and the photosynthetic characteristics of drought resistant soybean varieties were less affected by drought.The number of seeds per plant and 100 seed quality of soybean plant decreased significantly after laying the collecting trough,which had a significant impact on the plant height,bottom pod height and yield of drought sensitive varieties.By collecting natural rainfall,the water collecting trough method formed a drought stress environment,affected the photosynthetic characteristics of soybean plants,and then affected the agronomic properties and yield of soybean.Drought resistant varieties may achieve drought resistance by adjusting stomatal closure and reducing water transpiration.
