“熟人社会”下新农村垃圾回收处理系统的应用研究

RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF NEW COUNTRYSIDE WASTE RECYCLING SYSTEM IN THE“ACQUAINTANCE SOCIETY”

目前我国在新农村建设中问题凸显,其中一点就是“垃圾围村”。此外,我国农民的行为和思想还不能完全适应新农村建设的步伐,成为城镇化的边缘人群。为了探索适应于“新农村”的垃圾回收处理系统解决方案。文章通过对农民群众对于垃圾回收处理装置的需求点进行调研分析,在设计中考虑到农民切实需求的同时还利用农村特有“熟人社会”机制,将垃圾分类的教育、引导、监督等功能有机融入设计之中。得到“熟人社会”下新农村垃圾回收处理系统设计方案。该方法与思路可为新农村垃圾回收处理系统的设计提供参考。

At present,the problems in the construction of new rural areas in our country are prominent,one of which is“trash encircling villages”.In addition,the behaviors and thoughts of Chinese farmers have not yet fully adapted to the pace of new rural construction and have become marginalized groups of urbanization.In order to explore the solution of the garbage recycling and processing system adapted to the“new countryside”.The article investigates and analyzes the demand points of the farmers for the garbage recycling and treatment equipment.In the design,the practical needs of the farmers are taken into account and the unique“acquaintance society in the countryside”is used.The mechanism integrates the education,guidance,and supervision of waste classification into the design.Obtained the new rural garbage recycling system design plan under the“acquaintance society”.This method and idea can provide reference for the design of the new rural garbage recycling system.
