针对独居青年的餐厨产品服务设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE SERVICE DESIGN OF KITCHEN PRODUCTS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING ALONE

研究面向独居青年的厨房产品服务系统的发展趋势及改善方案。分析其在自我建构和融入人群方面的需求,结合现有的厨房产品服务设计的架构,为独居青年的社会现状及遇到的实际问题提供参考。通过从下厨到用餐整个系统中软件、硬件的应用情况分析,结合服务设计的方法,从独居青年群体的需求出发,提出从系统出发,优化现有服务和优化细分场景的设计策略。提出当前厨房产品服务系统“轻量化,功能一体化,产品专业化,平台多样化”的发展趋势。当前为大家庭、核心家庭设计的厨房产品服务系统已不再符合独居青年的需求,产品设计师需要深入了解社会现状,结合服务设计思维为用户提供更有针对性的产品。

To study the development trend and improvement scheme of kitchen product service system for young people living alone.Analysis of their selfconstruction and integration into the needs of the crowd,combined with the existing kitchen product service design framework,to provide a reference for the social status and practical problems of young people living alone.Through the analysis of the application of software and hardware in the whole system from cooking to dining,combined with the method of service design,from the needs of young people living alone,the design strategy of optimizing the existing services and optimizing the subdivision scene was proposed.Put forward the development trend of current kitchen product service system"lightweight,functional integration,product specialization,platform diversification".The current kitchen product service system designed for large families and nuclear families no longer meets the needs of young people living alone.Product designers need to deeply understand the social status quo and provide more targeted products for users with service design thinking.
