Impact Analysis of Construction and Operation of Bridge Pile Foundation Adjacent to Existing Buried Pipeline

南水北调工程是解决我国北方水资源严重短缺的特大型基础设施项目,具有举足轻重的地位,在其他工程交叉南水北调配套工程时,应把其造成的不利影响降到最低。以雄安新区重点项目省道S333东延(S042至白沟站)工程为依托,就桥梁施工运营全过程对南水北调配套输水管道的不利影响进行数值仿真模拟分析。计算结果表明,在雄安新区的建设条件下,河北水务集团《其他工程跨越下穿邻接河北省南水北调配套工程设计及安全评价技术要求》中关于跨越工程下部结构距南水北调配套工程外轮廓不得小于5m的要求合理;对于雄安新区后续跨越工程,当客观条件受限,不得不降低距离要求、减小桥长时,可为管道与桩基础的最小距离计算分析提供有效的方法和理论支撑。

The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a super large infrastructure project to solve the serious shortage of water resources in northern China,which plays an important role.When other projects cross the supporting projects of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the adverse effects should be minimized.Based on the east extension(S042 to Baigou station)project of the provincial highway S333in Xiong'an new area,the adverse effects of the whole process of bridge construction and operation on the supporting water delivery pipeline of South-to-North Water Diversion Project are analyzed by numerical simulation.The calculation results show that,under the construction conditions of Xiong'an new area,the requirement that the distance between the substructure of the crossing project and the external contour of the supporting project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project should not be less than 5m in the Technical Requirements for Design and Safety Evaluation of the Supporting Project of Other Projects Crossing the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Hebei Province proposed by Hebei Water Group is reasonable;as for the follow-up crossing project in Xiong'an new area,when the objective conditions are limited,the distance requirement and bridge length have to be reduced,which can provide an effective method and theoretical support for the calculation and analysis of the minimum distance between pipeline and pile foundation.
