连续级配橡胶沥青混合料路用性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高橡胶沥青的工程应用水平,对比普通沥青混合料,对连续级配橡胶沥青混合料路用性能进行研究。首先通过马歇尔法进行橡胶沥青混合料配合比设计,进而通过车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验和冻融劈裂强度试验,分别测试普通沥青混合料和连续级配橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性。试验结果表明:连续级配可显著降低橡胶沥青混合料胶结料用量,与普通沥青混合料相比,连续级配橡胶沥青混合料的抗车辙能力提高约3倍;低温抗弯拉强度和低温应变均提高20%左右;冻融劈裂强度比相当。研究成果对实际工程应用具有指导意义,可降低橡胶沥青路面工程成本。 In order to improve the engineering application level of rubber asphalt,the road performance of continuously graded rubber asphalt mixture is studied by comparing with ordinary asphalt mixture.Firstly,the design of mix proportion of rubber asphalt mixture is carried out by Marshall method,and then the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of ordinary asphalt mixture and continuously graded rubber asphalt mixture are tested by rutting test,low temperature small beam bending test and freeze-thaw splitting strength test.The test results show that:continuous gradation can significantly reduce the amount of binder in rubber asphalt mixture,and the anti-rutting ability of continuously graded rubber asphalt mixture is about 3 times higher than that of ordinary asphalt mixture;the flexural strength and strain at low temperature are increased by about 20%;the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is the same.The research results have guiding significance for practical engineering application and reduce the engineering cost of rubber asphalt pavement.
