介绍了三种恩格列净有关物质的合成方法,并通过HRMS和NMR(^(1)H NMR、COSY、^(13)CNMR、DEPT135°、HSQC和HMBC)对其进行结构确证,为恩格列净的质量研究提供指导。
The synthetic methods of three related substances of Empagliflozin intermediate were introduced,and their HRMS and NMR(^(1)H NMR、COSY、^(13)C NMR、DEPT135°、HSQC and HMBC)confirmations and the attribution of hydrocarbon signals were provided as a reference for their quality research.
