摘要
为应对近海岸突发性落水事件,解决落水人员无法及时发出呼救信息、水中搜救困难的问题,基于北斗/GPS双模定位设计了一种水中应急定位系统。采用STM32L471单片机作为主控制器,结合北斗/GPS双模定位技术和无线通信技术实现人员定位和呼救信息的发送,运用FreeRTOS操作系统完成嵌入式软件开发,使用软件服务平台进行险情监测。测试结果表明,该系统定位准确、可靠性强,能够完成落水自启动并主动发送呼救信息,有利于搜救人员及时发现险情、快速找到落水者位置,从而提高搜救效率。
In order to cope with the sudden falling into the water near the coast and to solve the problems that the falling into the water cannot send out the help message in time and the difficulty of searching and rescue in the water, an underwater emergency positioning system is designed based on Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning. STM32 L471 single-chip microcomputer is used as the main controller, combined with Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning technology and wireless communication technology to realize personnel positioning and sending of distress information, use FreeRTOS operating system to complete embedded software development, and use software service platform for danger monitoring. The test results show that the system has accurate positioning and strong reliability. It can complete the self-starting after falling into the water and actively send a call for help. It is beneficial for search and rescue personnel to find danger in time and quickly find the location of the overboard, thereby improving search and rescue efficiency.
