摘要
在土地利用系统健康内涵界定的基础上,提出“消耗—状态—调控—反馈”土地利用系统健康评价模型,并为可持续发展前提下土地利用系统健康状况的客观评价提供一个科学、全面、易操作的评价指标体系。根据“消耗—状态—调控—反馈”土地利用系统健康评价指标体系,对北京、上海、天津、重庆、广州、深圳6个城市进行土地利用系统健康评价。研究结果表明,北京市土地利用系统健康评分结果最高,与广州市同处于亚健康状态;重庆最低,与天津同处于不健康状态;上海和深圳土地利用系统健康状况处于临界值。“消耗—状态—调控—反馈”土地利用系统健康评价模型可以客观、合理地评价中国城市土地利用系统健康状况。
The purpose of this paper is to establish a health assessment model based on defining the concept of health on land use system.The health assessment model is scientific and practical to reflect actual situation from the aspect of consumption,state,regulation and response on the premise of sustainable development.The“consumption-stateregulation-response”model and assessment system are tested on Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Chongqing,Guangzhou and Shenzhen.The results indicate that the health value of Beijing on land use system is the best,which is still in sub-health state.The health state of Guangzhou,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Tianjin and Chongqing is respectively sub-health,critical,critical,unhealthy and unhealthy.It is concluded that the“consumption-state-regulation-response”model can evaluate the actual health situation on urban land use in China objectively and reliably.
