摘要
以苏州金鸡湖湖底隧道项目为依托,通过理论分析、现场实践等方法,对围堰施工关键技术进行研究,提出了PC工法组合桩围堰关键施工技术,可为类似工程提供参考,主要得出以下研究结果:(1)选用了综合性能优异的PC工法组合桩围堰施工工艺。(2)提出了适用于本工程的PC工法组合桩快速接头施工工艺。(3)建立了PC工法组合桩围堰专项施工工艺,并验证了该技术的有效性,积累了经验,为类似项目提供了借鉴。
Based on Suzhou Jinji lake tunnel project,the key construction technology of cofferdam is studied through theoretical analysis and field practice,and the key construction technology of PC composite method pile is put forward,which can provide reference for similar projects.The following research results are presented:(1)the PC construction method combined pile cofferdam with excellent comprehensive performance is determined and selected.(2)the PC construction method combined pile quick joint construction technology suitable for this project is proposed.(3)a special construction technology for the PC construction method combined pile cofferdam have been established,and the effectiveness of the technology is verified,and experience is accumulated,which could provide a reference for similar projects.
