摘要
北京新机场航站楼核心区工程屋盖的下大吊顶为复杂自由曲面,曲面曲率变化多,施工难度大。介绍了该工程大吊顶施工深化设计技术、大吊顶与屋盖钢结构免焊接连接节点技术、装配式吊顶单元反向安装、高空高效调平及激光扫描检测技术,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The roof ceiling in the core area of Beijing New Airport Terminal is a sculptured surface consisted by double curved surfaces,with the tremendous difficulty of construction.The large ceiling deepened design technology,welding-free joint connecting technology of large ceiling and roof steel structure,prefabricated modular roof ceiling panel reverse installation technology,high-level hig-efficient levelling and laser scanning inspection technology of the Beijing Daxing Airport roof ceiling construction are introduced,which could provide reference for similar projects.
