摘要
文章旨在评估日粮添加植物添加剂对鹌鹑产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验选择32周龄、平均产蛋率一致的鹌鹑560只,随机分为4组,每组140只(28只/重复)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,药物组、T1和T2组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加20 mg/kg抗菌肽、100和200 mg/kg植物添加剂的日粮,试验为期6周。结果:药物组和100 mg/kg植物添加剂组鹌鹑产蛋率较对照组分别显著提高3.92%和4.69%(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg植物添加剂组鹌鹑平均蛋重较对照组显著提高5.72%(P<0.05),但料蛋比显著降低6.65%(P<0.05)。对照组鹌鹑蛋壳强度和蛋壳重量较其他组分别显著降低10.53%、10.13%、10.53%(P<0.05)和7.44%、9.68%、6.67%(P<0.05),而蛋白高度较其他组分别显著提高11.66%、15.28%和12.42%(P<0.05)。100和200 mg/kg植物添加剂组哈夫单位较对照组分别显著提高7.02%和6.36%(P<0.05)。药物组鹌鹑血清葡萄糖水平最低(P<0.05),对照组鹌鹑血清甘油三酯、胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白浓度最高(P<0.05)。对照组和药物组血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于T1和T2组(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,日粮添加100 mg/kg植物添加剂可以提高鹌鹑产蛋性能,改善蛋品质及血清脂质代谢。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of plant additives on laying performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of quails.A total of 56032-week-old quails with the same average laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 28 quails per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the drug group,T1 and T2 groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides and 100 and 200 mg/kg plant additives,respectively.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.Results:Compared with control group,laying rate of quails in drug group and 100 mg/kg plant additive group was significantly increased by 3.92%and 4.69%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the average egg weight of quails in 100 mg/kg plant additive group was significantly increased by 5.72%(P<0.05),but the feed to egg ratio was significantly decreased by 6.65%(P<0.05).Compared with other groups,eggshell strength and eggshell weight of quails in control group were significantly decreased by 10.53%,10.13%and 10.53%(P<0.05)and 7.44%,9.68%and 6.67%(P<0.05),respectively,while protein height of quails in control group was significantly increased by 11.66%,15.28%and 12.42%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with control group,Haugh unit in 100 and 200 mg/kg plant additive groups was significantly increased by 7.02%and 6.36%(P<0.05),respectively.The serum glucose level of quails in drug group was the lowest(P<0.05),and the serum triglyceride,cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein concentrations of quails in control group were the highest(P<0.05).Serum alanine aminotransferase activity in control group and drug groups was significantly higher than that in T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under the condition of this study,100 mg/kg plant additives in the diet can improve laying performance,egg quality and serum lipid metabolism of quails.
