摘要
文章旨在评估不同蛋白质水平日粮补充植酸酶对猪生长性能、养分消化及气体排放的影响。试验将600头平均体重为22.56 kg的商品仔猪随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复32头。试验日粮采用2×2因子设计,即2种粗蛋白质水平(15.0%和18.0%)以及2个植酸酶添加水平(0和200 mg/kg),试验为期3周。结果:高蛋白质日粮组猪的平均日增重和饲料效率显著高于低蛋白组(P<0.05),而日粮添加200 mg/kg植酸酶显著改善了饲料效率(P<0.05)。日粮蛋白质水平和植酸酶水平对末重、平均日增重、采食量、料重比和死亡率的影响无显著交互效应(P>0.05)。无论日粮蛋白质水平如何,日粮添加200 mg/kg植酸酶显著改善了磷表观消化率(P<0.05),同时显著降低甲烷、氮和硫化氢排放量(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,高蛋白质日粮可以提高猪的日增重和饲料效率,补充200 mg/kg植酸酶可以改善磷表观消化率,降低有害气体排放。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of phytase supplementation with different protein levels on growth performance,nutrient digestion and gas emission of pigs.A total of 640 commercial piglets with an average body weight of 22.56 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 32 piglets per replicate.The experimental diets were fed in a 2×2 factor design with 2 crude protein levels(15.0%and 18.0%)and 2 phytase supplemental levels(0 and 200 mg/kg)for 3 weeks.Results:The average daily gain and feed efficiency of pigs in high protein diet group were significantly higher than those in low protein group(P<0.05),and the feed efficiency was significantly improved by adding 200 mg/kg phytase(P<0.05).Dietary protein level and phytase level had no significant interaction effects on final weight,average daily gain,feed intake,feed/gain and mortality(P<0.05).Regardless of dietary protein level,dietary phytase supplementation of 200 mg/kg significantly improved apparent P digestibility(P<0.05),and significantly reduced methane,nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide emissions(P<0.05).Conclusions:In this study,high protein diet can improve the daily gain and feed efficiency of pigs.Supplementation of 200 mg/kg phytase can improve the apparent digestibility of phosphorus and reduce harmful gas emissions.
