摘要
民营企业在推动我国国民经济发展过程中起到了十分重要的作用,但随着全球金融危机的持续影响,民营企业的可持续发展情形不容乐观,饲料企业也不例外,因此,民营饲料企业想要提升企业业绩,突破当前发展瓶颈,核心任务就是完善发展人力资源管理,提升企业人力资源管理水平。本文通过分析当前民营饲料企业人力资源管理面临的困境,找出困境产生的关键因素,并提出建议,通过树立正确的人力资源管理意识,提升发展民营饲料企业人力资源管理专业化水平,加强民营饲料企业人力资源工作的战略规划,对民营饲料企业人力资源管理系统做进一步改善,从而提升民营饲料企业业绩。
