摘要
文章旨在探讨日粮添加不同水平的可发酵纤维对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验将560只产蛋性能一致的32周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复28只。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,处理组蛋鸡分别饲喂可发酵纤维(甜菜粕)水平为2%(T1组)、4%(T2组)和6%(T3组)的日粮,各组日粮主要营养成本保存一致,试验为期6周。结果:T2和T3组蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。T3组蛋鸡的蛋重最高(P<0.05),料蛋比最低(P<0.05)。T3组蛋壳厚度和蛋白相对重量显著高于对照组和T1组(P<0.05),T3组蛋壳相对重量和哈夫单位显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但蛋黄相对重量最低(P<0.05)。T3组蛋黄胆固醇含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),而T2和T3组蛋黄甘油三酯含量显著低于对照组和T1组(P<0.05)。对照组血清甘油三酯、胆固醇浓度及谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著高于T3组(P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果表明,蛋鸡日粮中可发酵纤维添加水平达到6%时可以提高产蛋率和料蛋比,改善蛋品质及降低蛋黄、血清中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of fermentable fiber supplementation on performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indices of laying hens.A total of 56032-week-old Hy-Line brown laying hens with the same laying performance were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 28 laying hens per replicate.Laying hens in control group were fed a basal diet,and laying hens in treatment groups were fed diets containing 2%(T1 group),4%(T2 group)and 6%(T3 group)of ferable fiber(sugar beet pulp),respectively.The main nutritional costs of the diets were kept the same.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.Results:The laying rate and average daily feed intake of laying hens in groups T2 and T3 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The egg weight performance of laying hens in T3 group was the highest(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio performance was the lowest(P<0.05).Eggshell thickness and relative weight of egg protein in T3 group were significantly higher than those in control group and T1 group(P<0.05),eggshell relative weight and Haugh unit in T3 group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but egg yolk relative weight in T3 group was the lowest(P<0.05).The cholesterol content of yolk in T3 group was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05),while the triglyceride content of yolk in T2 and T3 groups was significantly lower than that in control group and T1 group(P<0.05).The concentrations of triglyceride and cholesterol in serum and the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in control group were significantly higher than those in T3 group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The results of this study showed that when the fermentable fiber supplemental level reached 6%in the diet of laying hens,laying rate and feed to egg ratio could be increased,egg quality could be improved,and contents of yolk,cholesterol and triglyceride in serum could be decreased.
