乡村振兴背景下饲料企业对农村生态环境治理的支持

Support of feed enterprises to the governance of rural ecological environment under the background of rural revitalization

自乡村振兴战略提出以来,关于生态建设、经济发展、“三农”问题及城乡差异等内容成为研究重点。农村生态环境治理是乡村振兴的重要组成部分,农村生态环境治理效果直接关系农村居民的生活幸福感和健康水平,关系到美丽乡村建设水平,影响乡村振兴的效果。但在长期存在的城乡二元结构关系下,农村生态环境治理与城市还有较大差距,提升乡村生态环境治理水平迫在眉睫。国内外学者提出,生态环境治理不应只依靠政府的力量,还需要企业、高校、群众等社会各界共同参与。因此,本文以饲料企业为研究对象,通过论述乡村振兴背景下农村生态环境治理的积极意义,并归纳总结出当前饲料企业在支持农村生态环境治理存在的典型问题,最后提出支持对策,如提升企业生态环保意识、加强绿色资金支持、提升技术水平和成果转化效率等建议,为我国饲料企业参与农村生态环境治理提供参考,促进乡村振兴战略的加速实现。

Since the rural revitalization strategy was put forward,ecological construction,economic development,“three rural”issues,and urban-rural differences have become the focus of research.Rural ecological environment management is an important part of rural revitalization.The effect of rural ecological environment management will directly affect the happiness and health of rural residents,the construction level of beautiful villages,and the effect of rural revitalization.However,under the long-standing dual structure relationship between urban and rural areas,there is still a big gap between rural ecological environmental governance and urban environmental governance,and it is urgent to improve the level of rural ecological environmental governance.Scholars at home and abroad have pointed out that ecological environmental governance should not only rely on the power of the government,but also requires the participation of all sectors of society,including enterprises,universities,and the masses.Therefore,this article selects feed companies as the research object,discusses the positive significance of rural ecological environment governance under the background of rural revitalization,and summarizes the typical problems that feed companies currently support in rural ecological environment governance,and finally proposes supporting countermeasures,such as improving The suggestions of enterprises’awareness of ecological and environmental protection,strengthening of green financial support,improving technical level and achievement conversion efficiency,provide references for my country’s feed companies to participate in the governance of rural ecological environment,and promote the accelerated realization of rural revitalization strategies.
