From the perspective of talent ecology,this article discusses the characteristics of innovation and the developing patterns of innovative talents.Innovation is a systematic complex similar to natural ecological environment.The emergence of innovative talents depends on differentiated innovation ecological nourishment.In the process of stimulating innovative vitality and developing the innovative value chain,the talent management system mechanism is the foundation of the innovation ecology.At present,the global talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and it will eventually become a competition of the talent promoting mechanism among countries.If China would gather talents from all over the world,it must deepen the reform of the talent governing mechanism,establish a resilient talent system which can lead independent innovation and collaborative innovation,and cultivate the innovation-friendly ecology where innovative talents stand out.
