慈善组织参与四川革命老区农村养老服务救助问题研究

Researches on the Problem of Charitable Organizations’ Participation in Rural Old-age Care Service and Assistance in the Old Revolutionary Areas of Sichuan Province

四川革命老区在中国革命历史上发挥了重大作用,老区人民为中国革命的胜利作出了巨大牺牲和重大贡献。伴随经济社会的快速发展和人口老龄化问题日趋严重,四川革命老区农村养老需求与养老供给之间的矛盾日益突出。本文就四川革命老区农村养老服务的现状作简要描述,重点分析慈善组织参与革命老区农村养老服务救助的必要性及面临的问题,并针对性地提出解决措施,为四川革命老区农村养老工作提供理论和实践参考。

The Old Revolutionary Areas of Sichuan Province played an important role in the history of the Chinese revolution,and the people here made great sacrifices and significant contributions to the victory of the Chinese revolution.With the rapid development of economy and society and the increasingly serious aging of the population,the contradiction between the rural old-age care demand and supply is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper briefly describes the current situation of rural old-age care services,focuses on the analysis of the necessity and problems faced by charitable organizations to participate,and puts forward targeted solutions to provide theoretical and practical references.
