地方本科高校思想政治教育专业应用型人才培养模式的实践探索——以四川文理学院为例

A Practical Exploration of the Training Mode of Applied Talents Majoring in Ideological and Political Education in Local Undergraduate Universities:Take Sichuan University of Arts and Science as an Example

地方本科高校的转型发展,必然要求包括思想政治教育专业在内的人文社科类专业实现传统的人才培养模式到应用型人才培养模式的转变。思想政治教育专业应用型人才培养模式是“明确培养目标、优化课程体系、注重培养过程、建立评价体系”的“四位一体”模式,实践证明,这一模式成效显著,可以推广。

The transformation in the development of local undergraduate universities inevitably involves the transformation from the training model of traditional talents to the training model of applied talents in the specialties of humanities and social sciences like ideological and political education.The training model of applied talents for the ideological and political educations speciality is the Quaternity Model consisting of clarification of training objectives,optimization of the curriculum system,focus on the training process,and establishment of an evaluation system.Our practice has proved that this model is remarkably effective and can be promoted and generalized.
