摘要
精密实验室对振动要求十分苛刻,为调查之江实验室一期6号实验楼建设用地的微振动特性,判定其选址适用性,提出实验楼工程设计注意事项,利用高精度环境振动测量分析系统进行现场测量,并采用国际通用的1/3倍频程分析法对各测点速度时程数据进行处理。结果表明,该地块素地微振动低于VC-G标准,满足该实验室所需的微振动控制要求;距离较近的周边规划道路车辆行驶对该地块振动影响较大,规划设计时应予以重点考虑;该地块附近未来规划的高铁线路对该建设用地也有显著影响,尤其是关注高铁带来的1.6~12.5 Hz频率段的激励隔离处理。测试分析结果对该工程及同行业相关建筑的选址和防微振设计具有较强的工程实践价值。
Precision laboratory has strict requirements on vibration.In order to investigate the micro vibration characteristics of the construction site of No.6 experimental building of Zhijiang Lab phase I and determine the applicability of its site selection,the matters needing attention in the engineering design of the experimental building are put forward.The high-precision environmental vibration measurement and analysis system is used for field measurement,and the international 1/3 octave analysis method is used to process the velocity time history data of each measuring point.The results show that the micro vibration of the plot is lower than the VC-G standard,which meets the micro vibration control requirements of the laboratory;the vehicle driving on the nearby roads has a great impact on the vibration of the plot,which should be considered in the planning and design;the future planned high-speed railway line near the plot also has a significant impact on the construction land,especially pay attention to the excitation isolation treatment of 1.6-12.5 Hz frequency band brought by the high-speed railway.The test and analysis results have strong engineering practice value for the site selection and anti micro vibration design of the project and related buildings in the same industry.
