基于地理国情统计分析的资源环境承载力评价

摘要 近年来由于我国经济社会的快速发展,自然资源和生态环境都承受着巨大压力,区域资源环境承载力的研究显得十分必要。同时,地理国情统计分析中的部分指数恰好能够反映资源环境承载力的综合指数。因此本文结合地理国情统计分析指标从资源供给、环境支撑、经济社会发展三个子系统出发,构建资源环境承载力综合评价指标体系。在此基础上首先利用主成分分析法对指标进行筛选,提取出主成分;然后通过熵权法计算主成分权重;最后采用综合评价模型得到2014年天津市每个区的资源环境承载力综合得分,并对其结果进行排序。研究结果表明:天津市资源环境承载力综合得分的空间分布呈现出市内六区-环城四区-远郊区的“圈层式”分布特征。 Due to the rapid development of China's economy and society in recent years,natural resources and ecological en-vironment have undergone tremendous pressure,so it is necessary to study the regional resource and environmental carrying ca-pacity.Besides,some statistical analysis indices of national geographical condition just fully reflect the comprehensive indices of resource-environment carrying capacity.Based on the statistical analysis indices of national geographical condition,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of resource-environment carrying capacity from three subsystems,namely re-source supply,environmental support and economic and social development.First,the principal component analysis is used to select the indices and extract the principle components;then the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the prin-cipal component;finally,the comprehensive evaluation model is adopted to obtain the comprehensive score of the resource envi-ronmental carrying capacity of each district of Tianjin in 2014,and the results are sorted.The results show that the spatial distri-bution is uneven,featuring the increase of carrying capacity from the six districts in Tianjin city to the four districts around the city and then to the outer suburbs.
