摘要
为建立川芎苓种质量评价技术体系并制定苓种的质量分级标准,参照《中国农作物种子检验规程》,对30份苓杆,60份苓种的真实性、纯度、净度、形态指标、生活力进行检验,应用数理统计方法分析划分苓种等级的主要指标和参考指标,采用K-均值聚类法制定苓种的分级标准。结果表明,一级苓种苓子类别正山系,节盘直径≥20 mm,苓子系数≥2.5,净度≥98%;二级苓种苓子类别正山系,节盘直径≥15~<20 mm,苓子系数2.0~2.5,净度≥95%,苓子类别土苓子,节盘直径≥13 mm,苓子系数≥2.0,净度≥95%;三级苓种苓子类别正山系,节盘直径≥13~<15 mm,苓子系数≥1.8,净度≥95%;其余苓种为不合格苓种。初步建立了川芎苓种质量分级标准。
In order to establish the technical system of quality evaluation and establish the quality grading standards of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Lingzhong, the authenticity, purity, clarity, morphological indexes and viability of 30 stems and 60 species of L. Chuanxiong Lingzhong were tested by referring to the Chinese Crop Seed Inspection Regulations. Meanwhile, the main indexes and reference indexes were analyzed by mathematical statistics method, and the classification standard was established by K-means clustering method. The results showed that the first grade of the Lingzhong belonged to Zhengshan series, with the diameter of the node plate≥20 mm, the Lingzi ratio≥2.5 and the clarity≥98%, while the second grade of the Lingzhong also belonged to Zhengshan series, with the diameter of the node plate between 15 to 20 mm, the Lingzi ratio between 2.0 to 2.5 and the clarity≥95%. And, the Lingzi belonged to Tulingzi, with the diameter of the node plate≥13 mm, the Lingzi ratio≥2.0 and the clarity≥95%. Additionally, the third grade of the Lingzhong belonged to Zhengshan series, with the diameter of the node plate between 13 to 15 mm, the Lingzi ratio≥1.8 and the clarity≥95%, while the rest of the Lingzhong belonged to unqualified ones. To sum up, the quality grading standard of L. Chuanxiong Lingzhong was preliminarily established.
