Thermal power generation is an important method of power generation today.Thermal power plants must improve their awareness of energy conservation and consumption reduction,and carry out energy conservation and consumption reduction work from fuels,boilers and other aspects.The article analyzes the important signifi cance and existing problems of energy saving and consumption reduction of boilers in thermal power plants,and proposes targeted measures to improve the economic benefi ts of thermal power plants and promote my country’s thermal power generation industry to embark on the road of sustainable development.
