基于AHP的高原环境下装备维修保障人员效能评估

Effectiveness Evaluation of Equipment Maintenance Support Personnel in Plateau Environment Based on AHP

针对高原环境严重影响装备维修保障人员效能发挥的现实问题,以影响高原环境下维修保障人员效能的主要因素分析为基础,建立评估指标体系,根据专家打分结果确定各指标权重,实现对维修保障人员效能的量化评估。通过实例分析,验证采用成次分析法得到的评估结果与维修保障人员现实表现相一致。该方法思路清晰、计算简便,结果客观、科学,对于检验维修保障人员能力、指导复杂环境维修保障力量建设、辅助维修保障方案决策具有重要意义。

Aiming at the practical problem that the plateau environment seriously affects the effectiveness of equipment maintenance support personnel,based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the effectiveness of maintenance support personnel in the plat-eau environment,an evaluation index system is established,and the weight of each index is determined according to the expert scores,so as to realize the maintenance support personnel quantitative evaluation of effectiveness.Through case analysis,it is veri-fied that the evaluation results obtained by AHP are consistent with the actual performance of maintenance support personnel.The method has clear ideas,simple calculations,objective and scientific results,and is of great significance for testing the capabilities of maintenance support personnel,guiding the construction of maintenance support forces in complex environments,and assisting in the decision-making of maintenance support programs.
