盐碱地区既有建筑改造内墙面材料探究

Research on Interior Wall Materials of Existing Buildings Renovation in Saline Area

伴随着日益提高的经济收入水平,盐碱地区的居民对既有建筑的质量也有了更高的要求。位于盐碱地区的既有建筑由于长期受到特殊环境的影响,其内墙面出现了严重的侵蚀问题,使对该地区内墙面的改造在经济成本、美观性和耐久性上产生了巨大的影响。本文对盐碱地区既有建筑内墙面改造的常用方法进行探究,从而在耐久性、经济性、美观性上对多种改造方法进行对比分析,为盐碱地区既有建筑内墙面改造给出优化建议。

With the increasing economic income level,residents in saliniaztion areas have higher requirements for the quality of existing buildings.However,interior walls of the existing buildings in saline region have serious erosion due to the special outdoor environment,which has caused a huge impact on aesthetic,durability and cost of interior wall renovations.This article explores the common methods of interior wall renovation of existing buildings in saline areas,compares and analyzes various reconstruction methods in terms of durability,economy and aesthetics of renovation,so as to provide optimization recommendations for interior wall renovation of existing buildings in saline region.
