内陆地区科创走廊重塑城市创新格局的思考——以湘江西岸科创走廊为例

Thoughts on Remolding the Pattern of Urban Innovation through Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in Inland Areas--Taking Science and Technology Innovation Corridor on west bank of Xiangjiang River as an example

创新是推动"双循环"的重要驱动力,当今科技创新发展的时代中,科创走廊建设十分必要且影响力极其强大,是重塑城市创新格局的重要举措。本文以长沙湘江西岸科创走廊为案例,论述了内陆地区科创走廊重塑城市创新格局的建设构想与规划过程,同时总结了内陆地区科创走廊的规划思路和实施建议,以期为内陆地区科创走廊的规划设计提供借鉴思考,从而推动从走廊-城市-区域的创新体系建立,助力于长沙打造具有核心竞争力的科技创新高地,也能对其他内陆城市提供经验。

Innovation is an important driving force to promote the“Double Cycle”.In today’s era of scientific and technological innovation and development,the construction of science and technology innovation corridor is very necessary and influential measure to reshape the pattern of urban innovation.Taking the science and technology innovation corridor on the West Bank of Xiangjiang River in Changsha as an example,this paper discusses the construction conception and planning process of reshaping the urban innovation pattern of the inland science and technology innovation corridor,and summarizes the planning ideas and implementation suggestions of the inland area,so as to provide reference for the planning and design of the inland science and technology innovation corridor,promote the establishment of the corridor-city-region innovation system and facilitate Changsha to build a technological innovation highland with core competitiveness.
