Analysis on Obstacle Factors of Elevator Installing in Old Communities

随着社会老龄化日渐加剧,通过对老旧小区住宅楼加装电梯,可以有效解决"悬空老人"人群的出行难问题。加装电梯具有极大的社会意义和经济意义。老旧小区加装电梯使生活更加方便、舒适,也提升了楼房的品位,符合人们追求日益增长的美好生活需要,但真正落实电梯安装还存在诸多方面的利益冲突。本文运用层次分析法就老旧住宅小区楼加装电梯存在的障碍因素进行分析及探讨。

With the increasing aging of society,elevator installing in old residential buildings can effectively solve the travel problem of'suspended elderly'people.The installation of elevators not only makes life more convenient and comfortable,but also improves the grade of the building,which is in line with the essence of people's pursuit of a better life.Therefore,the analysis of elevator installing in old residential areas has great social and economic significance.However,there are many conflicts of interest in the real implementation of elevator installation.This paper analyzes and discusses the obstacle factors of elevator installing in old residential buildings by using analytic hierarchy process method.
