Investigation and Repair of Cultural Relics in Jiangnan Residential Building in Shanghai

上海某江南民宅拟进行修缮,为了解该民宅的现状为后续修缮提供依据,对该民宅进行了勘察及评估,并根据房屋修缮与保护的原则,提出了相应的保护性修缮方案,为今后同类民宅的勘察及修缮提供借鉴。

Based on a Jiangnan residential building in Shanghai to be renovated,in order to understand the current situation of the building and provide the basis for subsequent repair,the article aims at the investigation and evaluation of the Jiangnan residential property in Shanghai,and proposes a corresponding protective repair plan based on the principle of housing repair and protection,which could provide reference for the investigation and repair of similar houses in the future.
