生物活性玻璃和五倍子对釉质及变形链球菌的影响 被引量:1

Effects of bioactive glass and Galla Chinensis on Enamel and Streptococcus Mutans

摘要 选取2019年12月承德市口腔医院就诊的80名5-7岁重度龋儿童,随机分成两组,每组40例,对两组患者治疗前先采用棉拭子法对患儿口腔内变形链球菌增殖、产酸以及耐酸等能力实施检测,治疗后确保患者全牙列无龋后,分别采用生物活性玻璃(观察组)和五倍子(对照组)实施全牙列涂擦,且对患儿及其家属进行口腔卫生宣教。治疗后3个月后进行复查,再次采用棉拭子法对患儿口腔内变形链球菌增殖、产酸以及耐酸等能力实施检测,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果发现两组患儿脱矿后和再矿化的釉质表面显微硬度值和脱矿前相比,得到显著改善,但是组间差异对比P=0.417>0.05,不具备统计学意义;生物活性玻璃和五倍子对釉质及变形链球菌具有显著的抑制效果和抗酸性能,治疗后观察组患儿的细菌培养基中变形链球菌菌落数和对照组相比偏少,但是差异对比P=0.241>0.05,两者差异不显著,但是相对来讲生物活性玻璃的应用效果更佳。 A selection of 80 children with severe caries aged 5~7 years in Chengde Stomatological Hospital in December 2019 were randomLy divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were treated with cotton swabs to test the proliferation,acid production,and acid resistance of streptococcus mutans in the oral cavity of the children.After the treatment,after the patient’s dentition was caries-free,bioactive glass(observation group)and gall(control group)were used to wipe the entire dentition,and children and their families conduct oral hygiene education.Re-examination was carried out 3 months after treatment,and the cotton swab method was used to test the proliferation,acid production,and acid resistance of streptococcus mutans in the oral cavity of the children,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the microhardness of the enamel surface after demineralization and remineralization in the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before demineralization,but the difference between the groups was P=0.417>0.05,which was not statistically significant;biological activity glass and gall have a significant inhibitory effect on enamel and streptococcus mutans and acid resistance.After treatment,the number of colonies of streptococcus mutans in the bacterial culture medium of the observation group is less than that of the control group,but the difference is P=0.241>0.05,the difference between the two is not significant,but relatively speaking,the application effect of bioactive glass is better.
