摘要
以熔融石英粉、白炭黑、硅溶胶为硅源,氢氧化钙为钙源,研究了硅源对水热法制备硅钙材料性能的影响。结果表明:以熔融石英为硅源时,材料中没有合成硬硅钙石相,以白炭黑和硅溶胶为硅源时合成了硬硅钙石纤维。硅溶胶具有更高的活性,形成硬硅钙石相含量较多,且呈针状结构。硬硅钙石的形成决定了硅钙材料的常温及高温性能,以硅溶胶为硅源的试样中硬硅钙石针状纤维相互交织,使试样的高温强度更加优异。
The effect of silicon source on properties silica calcia materials prepared by hydrothermal method using fused quartz powder,white carbon black and silica sol as silicon sources,calcium hydroxide as calcium source was researched.The results show that no xonotlite phase forms when using fused quartz as the silicon source,and the xonotlite fiber forms in the materials with the white carbon black or silica sol as the silicon source.Silica sol has higher activity,leading to higher xonotlite content with a needle-like structure.The formation of xonotlite determines the cold and high temperature properties of silica calcia materials.In the specimen with silica sol,the xonotlite needle-like fiber intertweares,leading to an excellent high temperature strength.
