摘要
钢液中夹杂物在浸入式水口内壁的黏附是导致水口结瘤和堵塞的主要原因,控制钢液中夹杂物向水口壁面的迁移和聚集是抑制水口结瘤和堵塞的重要技术措施。介绍了夹杂物在电流作用下进行迁移的电泳理论,总结了外加电流抑制水口结瘤和堵塞的应用研究,并且分析了其作用机制,同时对未来的研究进行了展望。由于外加电流对控制夹杂物迁移和抑制水口堵塞具有显著的效果,有望成为一种新的冶金技术。
The adhesion of inclusions in molten steel in the inner wall of the submerged entry nozzles is the main cause of the nodules and blockage of nozzles.Controlling the migration and aggregation of inclusions to the nozzle wall is an important technical measure to inhibit the nodules and blockage.The electrophoresis theory of inclusion migration under current was introduced,the application and the mechanism of external current to inhibit the nodules and blockage were summarized,and the future research was prospected.The external current was expected to be a new metallurgical technique for controlling the migration of inclusions and inhibiting blockage.
