摘要
职业健康权是劳动者的基本权利。受多种因素的影响,我国新业态从业者的职业健康权还未得到有效保障。切实保障新业态从业者的职业健康权益,需要从新业态经济发展的实际出发,积极研究新业态从业者职业健康权保障面临的新问题,强化政府监管职责,督促用人单位落实主体责任,不断完善相关法律制度。
The occupational health right is the basic right of workers.Influenced by a variety of factors,the occupational health right of employees of new forms of industries has not been effectively guaranteed.To practically protect the occupational health rights and interests of employees of new forms of industries,we need to start from the actual new economic development,actively study the new problems faced by the protection of occupational health rights of employees,strengthen government's supervision responsibilities,urge employers to implement their responsibilities,and constantly improve relevant legal systems.
