“一带一路”倡议下建筑类高职院校学生国际就业能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of International Employment Ability of Students in Construction Vocational Colleges under the“One Belt And One Road”initiative

“一带一路”倡议的实施给建筑类高职院校带来了全新的发展机遇,但也面临着就业观念守旧、出国就业意识欠缺、国际就业宣传不够、就业渠道有限、就业指导深度不足、人才培养与社会需求脱节的现实困境,对此文章提出强化政策宣传、完善保障体系、加强就业指导、优化人才培养、转变就业观念、提升就业能力等对策,以实现建筑类高职院校学生国际就业能力的提升。

"The Belt and Road"initiative has brought new development opportunities to higher vocational colleges of construction.But it is also faced with the realistic dilemma of conservative employment concept,lack of overseas employment awareness,insufficient international employment publicity,limited employment channels,insufficient employment guidance,and disconnection between talent training and social needs.Therefore,this paper proposes countermeasures such as strengthening policy publicity,perfecting security system,strengthening employment guidance,optimizing talent training,changing employment concept,and improving employability,so as to improve the international employability of students in construction vocational colleges.
