摘要
在“双一流”的高水平学科建设背景下,高校教师队伍的整体教学水平,特别是青年教师的教学水平急需提升,导师制是提升青年教师教学能力的重要手段之一。文章分析青年教师专业发展状况和导师制实施效果的影响因素,提出合适的改进方法和措施。
Under the background of double world-class high level construction,the overall teaching level of university teachers,especially the teaching level of young teachers,needs to be promoted urgently.Tutorial system is one of the important means to improve young teachers'teaching ability.Based on the analysis of the professional development of young teachers and the implementation influencing factors of tutorial system,the paper proposes some appropriate improvement methods and measures.
